The Calgary Flames Alumni Masters Golf Tournament runs every year at the end
of May. This year marked the 17th anniversary of the event that was founded
by Eddie Wong and Jim Peplinski. It was started with the vision of bringing
old friends back together and introducing new ones.
The tournament has raised over $2,000,000.00 for worthwhile local charities
over that time period. Not only do the charities benefit from the funds
raised, the tournament serves as a vehicle to bring public recognition and
credibility to their efforts.
Thanks to everyone.
